Real-time sensors
We install sensors in the facilities – or we integrate our system with the building‘s sensors – and we continuously capture data to control and monitor the facilities in real time.
Big Data
We work with a database of more than 40,000 Datapoints and 15 million daily records of air conditioning and ventilation installations in buildings in different sectors.
Machine Learning Algorithms
Our team of Data Scientists analyzes the records and creates algorithms for predicting the operation of the facilities according to comfort, air quality and energy savings criteria.
SGClima Technology
With the real-time information captured by the sensors and the predictions generated by Machine Learning / Deep Learning, the intelligent SGClima system creates an action plan continuously adapted to each building.
Real-time Orders
The action plan is translated into a series of orders that SGClima instantly sends to the facilities to make the energy demand more flexible according to the real needs of the building and adjusted to the new Demand Response energy model.
SGClima technology makes the energy consumption of your buildings more flexible, adapting it in real time to the hourly supply of the electricity grid, as well as to user demand. Intelligent and sustainable management, which guarantees maximum comfort and offers a clean and fresh environment.
SGClima develops, models and implements constantly updated personalized algorithms. These manage the air conditioning and ventilation installations of buildings in real time to optimize comfort, guarantee indoor air quality and achieve up to 15% energy savings, resulting in more sustainable facilities.
Our platform is capable of processing millions of items of data from different facilities in real time. Thanks to our experience as leaders in the intelligent and active management of HVAC and ventilation equipment, and our expert team in data analysis and machine learning, our platform analyzes the data and creates a unique algorithm system. This predicts the operation and use of the buildings, and implements optimized management that adapts according to the energy needs of the specific moment.
It combines with a system of sensors (the facility’s own or those that we connect with Lora or Zigbee wireless technology), which captures data from the facilities in real time and allow us to monitor spaces (control temperature, CO2 concentration, humidity, etc.), as well as with air conditioning and ventilation equipment (to maximize performance, predict breakdowns, minimize electrical costs, etc.).

Digital Twin for Air Conditioning Installation
The project “DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A DECENTRALIZED SYSTEM WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN BUILDINGS” is a project for the design and development of an autonomous and intelligent system that guarantees the improvement of energy efficiency in buildings. This project has had a budget of 571.831,00€ and has been carried out from July 31, 2020 to July 31, 2022 in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona.
The main objective of this project is based on the design and development of an autonomous and intelligent system that guarantees the substantial improvement of energy efficiency in buildings, through the use of cutting-edge technologies such as Big Data, artificial intelligence and IoT.
Likewise, with the development of these energy saving systems, the company intends to bet everything on energy efficiency and modify its current business model through development by acquiring knowledge and new technologies.
This project has been developed thanks to the collaboration of the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación and the CDTI and has been financed with the NextGeneration Funds of the European Union.
